Pain – Good or Bad?

Is the pain that you sometimes experience good or bad?

Blocking out pain during workouts not the right way. Be aware of what signals your body tries sending you, regardsless if it´s your legs or lungs. These signals gives you information about how your body operates but also keeps you surprise free and smooth on game day.
