Squeeze that nervous energy away

Nervous energy comes from tense muscles which in turn increases your risk of injury.

Progressive Muscle Relaxation eliminates the tensions and strengthens your focus on the right area. Starting by your toes, tighten a muscle group at a time and hold for about 10 seconds. When releasing the tension, focus on the sensational feeling that comes by letting go and the increased bloodflow that comes from it.
