Aethel is a loose-leaf tea, hand-gathered and air-dried from herbs and plants, prepared specifically for you rather than mass-produced. It's a quiet support for the body's own recalibration and restoration — a gentle companion to whatever inner work is underway, offered purely as support.
There's no catalog or shop — a blend is developed once we've spoken, matched to what's present for you at that time. Because the herbs are gathered by hand and I travel often, availability depends on where I am and what tools are with me at the time. It's always a support, secondary to the work itself.
Nothing about this is guessed. Before any plant is chosen, I meditate to feel your energy directly — literally, inside my own body — and ask Spirit what will genuinely support your health. That first meditation often brings its own release before anything else happens. What follows is days spent in continued meditation, listening for exactly which plants and herbs are needed, and in what proportion.

Every person carries something different, so what's gathered and dried for you is chosen specifically for where you are — matched during the conversation that starts things. That's the whole reason there's no product line: fit matters more than consistency.
Each tin is hand-filled, vacuum-sealed for freshness, and labeled clearly with exactly what it contains — common and Latin names both, so nothing is a mystery. Delivery is arranged by hand where possible, or shipped within the EU.
