The HMS platform works in any browser — but installing it as an app gives you a faster, cleaner experience and enables push notifications when Sami publishes new content to your dashboard.

Must be Safari — not Chrome, Firefox, or any other browser.

Tap the Share button
The square with an arrow pointing up — at the bottom of the screen on iPhone, top on iPad.

Tap "Add to Home Screen"
Scroll down in the share menu until you see "Add to Home Screen". Tap it, then tap "Add".

Open from your home screen
Always open HMS from the home screen icon — not from Safari. This activates the full app experience and push notifications.

Chrome works best on Android for installing web apps.

Tap the three dots menu
Top right corner of Chrome.

Tap "Add to Home screen" or "Install app"
Confirm when prompted. The HMS icon will appear on your home screen.

Push Notifications

Stay updated
instantly.

Once you have installed the app and logged in as a client, you can enable push notifications. When Sami publishes a new card, assessment, or update to your dashboard, you will receive a notification immediately — no need to check manually.

Push notifications are optional. Enable them from your dashboard after logging in. Requires iOS 16.4 or later on iPhone.
