Contact information you provide directly — name, email, phone or WhatsApp number — when reaching out or booking a Service. Information shared during sessions, ceremonies, or consultations, which may include sensitive personal information about your health, emotional state, or life circumstances, shared voluntarily by you. Basic, anonymized website usage data, collected via Umami Analytics, a privacy-focused tool that uses no cookies and does not track you across other websites.
Information is used only to provide and improve the Services, communicate with you about bookings and follow-up, and prepare custom offerings such as Aethel Botanicals blends. Information shared in sessions is never sold, and is not used for marketing without your explicit consent.
Given the nature of this work, conversations may touch on health, emotional, or spiritual matters that qualify as sensitive personal data under data protection law. This information is treated with particular care, kept only as long as necessary to provide the Service, and never shared with third parties without your consent.
Communication happens via WhatsApp and Zoom, and email. This site is hosted via Netlify. These platforms have their own privacy policies governing data transmitted through them; none are given access to session content beyond what's necessary to facilitate communication.
As a nomadic practice with clients worldwide, information may be processed in different countries depending on where I am at the time. Reasonable steps are taken to protect information regardless of location.
Contact and booking information is kept only as long as necessary to provide the Services and meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted upon request or after a reasonable period of inactivity.
