The Grove — a shared umbrella of businesses built by twenty aligned people, serving humanity together. The culmination of the path.
The Grove is the culmination of everything else here — the point where inner work, embodied practice, and real wealth-building all come together into something built with others, not alone. It's a shared umbrella built to hold up to a hundred projects and businesses across whatever fields the group is genuinely called toward, owned collectively rather than by one person. Held beneath it, quietly, is Ayni Holdings — the structure that carries what the Grove builds, named for the same principle that runs through everything else in this work: what's given fully is what makes room to receive fully.
This is built in service to humanity — a serial enterprise built to genuinely benefit the earth and the people on it, with profit held as a byproduct of that service, following from the ambition itself.
I hold the root — the structure, the vision, the container the whole Grove grows inside. The twenty who join form the executive and operational board: the people actually planning, building, and working full time on what gets created together. Each new venture has one person from the board stepping forward as its visible lead, while the board itself carries real responsibility for it collectively. Beneath that, roles are built out properly — marketing, sales, operations, whatever each venture genuinely needs — with outside help brought in for on-the-ground work wherever physical presence is required.
The people who make up this board are chosen deliberately: real skill, real experience across the human world, brought together specifically to build from the heart rather than from ego. Capability matters. So does the spirit it's held in.
The Grove forms out of World Immersion alone, when and if genuine alignment among twenty people is felt directly, in person, over real time together — recognized when it's actually there, always in its own time.
When profits are available, they're shared brotherly among everyone working the Grove — equal shares held by each of the twenty. A reserve is always kept back first, to fund what's built next and keep the momentum of a genuine serial enterprise alive, with a portion held by the root that carries the whole structure.
InquireThrough World Immersion. This forms only once real alignment among twenty people is felt directly, in person, over time.
Whatever the team is genuinely called to build, in service of humanity rather than any single ego. The fields themselves are discovered together, not fixed in advance.
Real skill and real-world experience matter, and I bring together people with genuinely different strengths. What matters most is working from the heart rather than ego, alongside real capability.
